Starting 2012, fine minimums will increase by 5 percent as stipulated in the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement. The increases continue throughout the duration of the current CBA. For some reason, the league and players agreed not to bump up those minimums this year. This might be the first concession given the players since offseason workouts and training camp were made a breeze.
