If this had been a normal offseason, the NFL Scouting Combine would’ve taken place and hacked up the opinions of teams, the media, and fans. There was no combine this year. So teams, the media, and fans will have to base their opinions and rankings of players on actual football stuff. Even that has some issues as COVID hacked up the 2020 college football season.
