It's always a sad NFL week when the Minnesota Vikings aren't a part of it. Even though they need the time off to get some players healthy they will be missed. Here are some predictions.
San Francisco 49ers @ Buffalo Bills
Pick: 49ers
I have zero reasons for this stab in the dark.
Philadelphia Eagles @ Washington Redskins
Pick: Eagles
The Redskins have somehow put together three consecutive wins. The Eagles are still playing better.
Cleveland Browns @ Tennessee Titans
Pick: Titans
The Browns have been losing quarterbacks at a ludicrous rate. I might get a call and I have happy feet.
Carolina Panthers @ New Orleans Saints
Pick: Panthers
It's real clear that the 2016 Panthers aren't the 2015 Panthers but they can't be this bad. Can they?
Baltimore Ravens @ New York Giants
Pick: Giants
The Giants have had a couple rough road games in prime time. Why the league puts a team in consecutive prime time games is beyond me. The Giants offense might feel a little better about themselves after this game.
Cincinnati Bengals @ New England Patriots
Pick: Patriots
The Bengals have to start winning some games. They need tight end Tyler Eifert back in the lineup. The Patriots are a matchup nightmare.
St. Louis Rams @ Detroit Lions
Pick: Lions
This is a coin toss so I'll go with the home team.
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Chicago Bears
Pick: Jaguars
It feels like a month has passed since the Jaguars won that game in London. The talented Jaguars youngsters find a way in Chicago.
Pittsburgh Steelers @ Miami Dolphins
Pick: Steelers
These are two teams heading in opposite directions. It could get ugly.
Kansas City Chiefs @ Oakland Raiders
Pick: Chiefs
The Raiders are fun to watch. They score a bunch of touchdowns. They also give up a few. I'm guessing that the Chiefs score a few more points than the Raiders.
Atlanta Falcons @ Seattle Seahawks
Pick: Seahawks
The Falcons are soaring. The Seahawks had their bye week to prepare for that offense. Plus, they are playing at home.
Dallas Cowboys @ Green Bay Packers
Pick: Packers
The Packers offense hasn't looked quite right but Aaron Rodger should find a way to win this one.
Indianapolis Colts @ Houston Texans
Pick: Colts
Who wants to win the AFC South? It's easier to pick Andrew Luck than it is to pick Brock Osweiler.
New York Jets @ Arizona Cardinals
Pick: Cardinals
The Cardinals should get Carson Palmer back for this game.
It's a tough task but the NFL will survive a week without the Minnesota Vikings.
