It’s way too early to be thinking about the 2022 NFL Draft. I saw that the fine folks at the Daily Norseman recently posted the picks that the Minnesota Vikings currently hold in next year’s draft so those picks have been on my mind. This offseason, unlike recent offseasons, the Vikings have added more in free agency than they lost. As a result, there will be no compensatory picks next year. The Vikings are currently scheduled to have seven picks in the 2022 NFL Draft.
-First-round pick
-Second-round pick
-Third-round pick
-Fourth-round pick
-Fifth-round pick (from the Baltimore Ravens as part of the Yannick Ngakoue trade)
-Sixth-round pick
-Sixth-round pick (from the Kansas City Chiefs as part of the Mike Hughes trade)
