Here's a stab at the big game.
New England Patriots vs. Los Angeles Rams
Pick: Patriots
It's tough to pick against a Bill Belichick/Tom Brady Patriots team in the Super Bowl. They have lost three of these games so it's possible to get the better of them. With Aaron Donald and Ndamukong Suh finally playing like Ndamukong Suh the Rams can create pressure up the middle. That can rattle even Brady. Speaking of rattling, rattling Rams quarterback Jared Goff is something that I think Belichick can and will do. I have far more faith in Brady doing what needs to be done than I do in Goff. And that should be the difference.
42 years ago the Minnesota Vikings played in their third Super Bowl in four years. They played in the big game so often that they were bound to win one. They haven't been back since. 42 years is too damn long. Too damn frustrating. I'm looking forward to their return. And their win.
