At a glance it looks like Eagles roster-builder Howie Roseman relied heavily on Street Free Agents to build his Super Bowl roster.
It has long been suggested that the best teams are built through the draft. In that sense it's surprising that less than half of the rosters of each team are players that were drafted by the teams. The Patriots drafted only 19 of their players. The Eagles drafted only 21. The Patriots do have 8 players that they signed as undrafted free agents. The Eagles have three. For what it's worth I still believe that the draft is the best way to build a championship team.
