Draft Order (or 7/8 of it)

Four teams are still working on their 2018 season. The other 28 teams are looking toward the offseason and getting better for the 2019 season. A big part of the offseason and getting better, the biggest part, is the 2019 NFL Draft. Here's the draft order through the first 28 picks.

1.   Arizona Cardinals
2.   San Francisco 49ers
3.   New York Jets
4.   Oakland Raiders
5.   Tampa Bay Buccaneers
6.   New York Giants
7.   Jacksonville Jaguars
8.   Detroit Lions
9.   Denver Broncos
10. Buffalo Bills
11. Cincinnati Bengals
12. Green Bay Packers
13. Miami Dolphins
14. Atlanta Falcons
15. Washington Redskins
16. Carolina Panthers
17. Cleveland Browns
18. Minnesota Vikings
19. Tennessee Titans
20. Pittsburgh Steelers
21. Seattle Seahawks
22. Baltimore Ravens
23. Houston Texans
24. Oakland Raiders (from Bears)
25. Philadelphia Eagles
26. Indianapolis Colts
27. Oakland Raiders (from Cowboys)
28. Los Angeles Chargers

The final four picks will be determined by how the final four teams finish. The Packers have an interest in how those teams finish as they have the Saints first round pick. The Saints fell for pass rusher Marcus Davenport in last year's draft and used this year's first to move up to get him.

Due to the Jon Gruden's aversion to paying difference-making defensive and offensive players (Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper) the Raiders have three first round picks. It remains to be seen how the Raiders use those picks but the Bears and Cowboys were thrilled to give them up for Mack and Cooper.
