This falls into the category of "Why?" but the AP put together an All-Bowl Team. As the name suggests it's a team made up of the top performers in the college bowl games. It doesn't include tonight's College Championship game because that game doesn't have "Bowl" at the end of it's name. At least that's the reasoning that the AP gives.
