Flea Flicker Week 12 Predictions

Wow. We're already on the other side of Thanksgiving and steaming towards Christmas. Until then we have a Sunday and Monday night of NFL games.

Carolina Panthers @ Minnesota Vikings
Pick: Vikings
The Vikings couldn't lose many more games before they gave one to the Cowboys last week. The Vikings have to win this game. They have to win every remaining game if the playoffs are still a dream.

Las Vegas Raiders @ Atlanta Falcons
Pick: Raiders
The Raiders look better with each game that they play. That's movement in the right direction. The Falcons aren't doing that.

Los Angeles Chargers @ Buffalo Bills
Pick: Bills
3-7 vs. 7-3. On paper, this looks like an uneven game. It isn't. The Chargers can throw a scare into any team. I still think that the Bills win.

New York Giants @ Cincinnati Bengals
Pick: Giants
This would've been a fun game if Joe Burrow was playing in it. I'm not sure what to think about it now.

Tennessee Titans @ Indianapolis Colts
Pick: Colts
I hate when division foes have their two games separated by a single game. The Colts beat the Titans in Week 10 by a 34-17 score. I think that this one is much closer.

Arizona Cardinals @ New England Patriots
Pick: Patriots
I'm picking the Patriots simply because a Cardinals loss helps the Vikings.

Miami Dolphins @ New York Jets
Pick: Dolphins
I'm not sure how the Jets avoid an 0-16 season. They might have the most difficult remaining schedule in the league.

Cleveland Browns @ Jacksonville Jaguars
Pick: Browns
As with the Dolphins-Jets game, this one is a pick against the Jaguars as much as a pick for the Browns.

New Orleans Saints @ Denver Broncos
Pick: Saints
The Saints win another game in spite of the "quarterback" that's leading them. Speaking of quarterbacks, the Broncos have none. Should be fun.

San Francisco 49ers @ Los Angeles Rams
Pick: Rams
This was scheduled to be a huge game. Then injuries and COVID dismantled the 49ers' roster. They are getting several players back this week but this feels all Rams.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Pick: Chiefs
This game could be a blast. It's damn near guaranteed that the Chiefs will do their part to make it a blast. The Buccaneers are way too inconsistent to know what they'll be any given week.

Chicago Bears @ Green Bay Packers
Pick: Packers
It's hard to believe that this Bears team was once 5-1.

Seattle Seahawks @ Philadelphia Eagles
Pick: Seahawks
The Seahawks should cruise.

Baltimore Ravens @ Pittsburgh Steelers
Pick: Steelers
The Ravens haven't looked right. Until they get out of that funk it's tough to pick them. Especially against the Steelers. Especially with half the team sidelined with COVID.

This game was supposed to be played on Thanksgiving. Then it was supposed to be on Sunday. COVID issues with the Ravens bumped it to today. The Steelers aren't happy about it due to this being the second time this season that an opponent's COVID issues jumbled their schedule. The world isn't out to get the Steelers. Neither is the league. Nor is COVID. All 32 teams are walking a tightrope during this terrible time. The whole world is. We're real lucky to be getting any football at all.
