2017 Flea Flicker Postseason Awards

Before the NFL playoffs get rolling here are the Flea Flicker Awards for the NFL's Best of the Best in 2017.

MVP
Tom Brady, QB, New England Patriots

I think that some voters make this one more complicated than it needs to be.

Offensive Player of the Year
Todd Gurley, RB, Los Angeles Rams
Antonio Brown, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers

Ties are a cop-out but I seriously can't decide between the two.

Defensive Player of the Year
Chandler Jones, LB, Arizona Cardinals

He spent nearly the entire season in offensive backfields.

Coach of the Year
Mike Zimmer, Minnesota Vikings

Most "experts" predicted that the Vikings would finish 3rd of 4th in their division. Instead they won it by four games with the best record in the league. Without his starting quarterback and top running back. Rams' youngster Sean McVay secured this award in the eyes of many at about midseason. If he was ever a consideration for me he lost it when he had his team lay down in Week 17.

Offensive Rookie of the Year
Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints

He was dynamite all year.

Defensive Rookie of the Year
Marshon Lattimore, CB, New Orleans Saints

The Saints crushed it in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Comeback Player of the Year
Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Minnesota Vikings

So what if he only played a couple of plays and they weren't even very good plays. He made it back to an NFL game. Some of the more morbid out there figured that he'd lose his leg.
