Flea Flicker Week 9 Predictions

We are stepping into the second half of the NFL season. Enjoy.

Detroit Lions @ Minnesota Vikings
Pick: Vikings
When Mike Zimmer dreamed of being an NFL head coach I doubt that he dreamed of the sort of chaos that he's seen in the last 2.5 years. He just wants to coach. The Vikings get back on track at home.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Baltimore Ravens
Pick: Steelers
Ben Roethlisberger's return? The Steelers have too many playmakers that can hurt a surprisingly sturdy Ravens defense.

New York Jets @ Miami Dolphins
Pick: Dolphins
I have a hard time imagining the Dolphins and Jay Ajayi continuing their pounding running success but I have no reason to doubt that they can't do it again against the Jets.

Philadelphia Eagles @ New York Giants
Pick: Giants
Both are trying to keep pace with the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East. I'll go with the rested team at home.

Dallas Cowboys @ Cleveland Browns
Pick: Cowboys
Anything else is tough to comprehend.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Kansas City Chiefs
Pick: Chiefs
The Chiefs are quietly putting together a fantastic season.

New Orleans Saints @ San Francisco 49ers
Pick: 49ers
A stab in the dark.

Carolina Panthers @ Los Angeles Rams
Pick: Panthers
Unless Todd Gurley finally has a breakout game I have hard time seeing a Rams win.

Tennessee Titans @ San Diego Chargers
Pick: Chargers
This could be a fantastic game. The Chargers are playing as well as any team in the league. The Titans are starting to click. I'll go with the home team.

Indianapolis Colts @ Green Bay Packers
Pick: Packers
Andrew Luck vs. Aaron Rodgers should be fun. Evil Stanford vs. Awesome Cal! The Packers are better in all phases. And they are playing at home.

Denver Broncos @ Oakland Raiders
Pick: Broncos
Game of the Week? The Sunday nightcap should be a good one. The Raiders are wildly entertaining but their two losses are against the two best teams (Atlanta and Kansas City) that they've played. And those losses were at home. Despite the splashy 6-2 record the Raiders are still a mystery. This game will tell us a lot about this team.

Buffalo Bills @ Seattle Seahawks
Pick: Bills
I'm only picking the Bills because I love seeing that little football elf Pete Carroll sad and puzzled.
