Throwback Thursday: NFL 100 All-Time Team By Team

This Throwback is a throwback to the reveals of the NFL 100 All-Time Team. Here are the players and coaches that made the team broken down by the team for which they played and coached. For the players and coaches that played and coached for a significant time for more than one team, I've put them with the team that I believe they made their greatest impact. For example: Randy Moss with the Minnesota Vikings. Reggie White was the toughest call but I put him with the Green Bay Packers. Rest easy Eagles fans, my thoughts mean little in the grand NFL scheme. Adam Vinatieri was tough as well. He's with the New England Patriots as he won Super Bowls there with his kicks.

I have issues with the Baltimore Ravens being thought of as a new team. They're an old team with a new name. The current Cleveland Browns are a new team with an old name. Despite those issues, it's remarkable that the Ravens nearly 25-year run in Baltimore had three players make the NFL 100 All-Time Team. That's some great talent in a fairly brief amount of time.

Among the most represented teams, the Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders surprise me the most. I suppose that surprise is due mostly to not thinking that all of Ted Hendricks, Jim Otto, and two punters would make the team. I think that Hendricks and Otto are deserving of  a spot. I just wasn't sure if they'd get it.

I'll say it again, Cris Carter should be on this team.
