Relative stability:
4/5 of the offensive line is different from the line that started the 2018 season. Only left tackle Riley Reiff returns. Other than that, the offensive starters are the same as last year.
9/11 of the defense returns. Shamar Stephen replaces Sheldon Richardson at defensive tackle. Anthony Harris replaces Andrew Sendejo at free safety.
The entirety of the special teams is different.
