Steve Smith, Sr. has been one of the NFL's best and most entertaining players since he returned that kick for a touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings. As difficult as that was to watch at the time. With the following letter informing "the Goods" of his football plans it looks like Smith will continue to entertain in retirement.
